ABSTRACT
Due to different ways and means of generating conventional power now which has constituted a lots of havoc to the mother nature, causing changes in seasons, changing the nature of weather; I had came up with another means of how to generate clean power through the gift of nature with hydrokinetic means of converting high flowing river into cleanest means of generating electricity through application of high flywheel interlocking turbine blades controlled over head turbine rotation.
This application is easier to operate during the dry/raining season through the hydralic control rod to any water level in all season.
